From November 5–7, 2025, the Drone Association of Thailand, led by Mr. Chanyawat Chartanulak, President of the Association, along with fellow members, participated in the event. Secutech Thailand 2025 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), a delegation from Drone Association Thailand (DAT) utilized this opportunity as a vital platform to meet and engage in business discussions with numerous Thai companies and entrepreneurs specializing in drone systems, flight control equipment, sensor systems, and Smart Mobility technology.
The objective of these business discussions was to exchange technological expertise and explore opportunities for joint product development, as well as to establish future commercial collaborations. The ultimate goal is to ensure that drone technology can most effectively address national security and public safety challenges.
The event took place in a lively and friendly atmosphere. In addition to the demonstrations of surveillance drones, the discussions also emphasized the role of drones as both tools and emerging threats. At the same time, making technologies related to anti-drone systems become a topic of special interest.
DAT and its Thai industry partners discussed approaches for developing and integrating comprehensive aerial security solutions. The aim is to prevent intrusions into Critical Infrastructure and safeguard national security, aligning with the growing trends of the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) market in Asia.
Representatives of Drone Association Thailand participated in the Business Matching and Networking Sessions, serving as a key platform to connect business partners across Thailand’s public and private sectors. The focus was particularly on high-potential manufacturers and developers of next-generation UAV technology. This marks a significant milestone in building a robust collaborative network.
The Association envisions that participating in Secutech Thailand 2025 will serve as a catalyst for the continuous development of collaborative networks among Thai entrepreneurs. This initiative is expected to drive the advancement of technology and innovation within Thailand's unmanned aerial vehicle industry, aiming to elevate the nation's capabilities to international standards and establish Thailand as a regional hub for Drone Technology.
